Providers have a variety of different needs and wants.  We can design a package around your individual needs.  Most Providers have enough staff to process insurance forms and manage the patient charts but don't enough staff to complete the necesary follow-up on the claims that have been submitted.  This can lead to a delay in receiving funds or missing out on payments all together. For those Providers we offer our basic service

    Basic Service Includes:
  •     Following-up and tracking all submitted claims
  •     Resubmitting claims that require correction or more information
  •     Assistance with setting-up new insurance programs
  •     Submitting and managing claims to a third party collection agency
  •     Semi-annual and year end reports

Advance Service
Our Advance Service package is for those Providers that have a limited staff.  These Providers want their staff to conscentrate on patient care and service.  Our Advance Service fills the gap for those Providers do not have the time or staff with the technical expertise for dealing with insurance companies and Medicare.
For these Provides we offer this level of service.

      Advance Service Includes: 

  •     Making an original electronic submission
  •     Following-up and tracking all submitted claims

  •     Assistance with setting-up new insurance programs

  •     Quarterly reports

    The ultimate in medical billing service is our Total Service Package.  Its like having a medical billing staff of your own.  It provides:
